Rosebowl

The Badgers completed a roller coaster season on Saturday night, beating Michigan State 42 - 39 in the inaugural Big Ten championship game. After two heart breaking losses in October, the Badgers took care of business in the final five games of the season to give themselves a chance to play for the title. Of course, a lot of things went right for Bucky in those weeks with key losses by Penn State and Ohio State.

For many teams, just making it to the Rose Bowl would be considered a successful season. But the Badgers were there last year and had National Title aspirations at the beginning of this season. A loss for this team will make an 11 win season with record breaking performances by Montee Ball and Russell Wilson seem like a disappointment. In order to avoid that, the Badgers need to make some adjustments on defense to stop giving up big plays on first and second down and keep running the ball to set up play action like they have been all season.
